By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive for more than 12 consecutive months, following reasonable notice.
Lowcons offers free trial and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:
We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts on paid plans. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will revert to a free (if available) or restricted state. You will not be charged unless you actively upgrade to a paid plan.
You retain full ownership of all content, data, and materials you upload or create through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Lowcons a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
The Service, including its software, design, templates, documentation, and trademarks, is owned by Lowcons and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, or reverse engineer any part of the platform, without our prior written consent.
Templates provided by Lowcons are licensed to you for use with the Service only. You may not redistribute or resell templates as standalone products.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Lowcons does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lowcons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to Lowcons in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lowcons and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may close your account from within your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, your subscription payment has failed, or continued access poses a risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
